Join a cohort of men for a unique leadership development experience. You will develop your own convictions based on your study of the Word, gain a proven process for guiding men in developing their own Biblical convictions, and join a network of like-minded disciple makers.
What is the goal?
The goal of this cohort is to equip leaders of men's ministry in churches to practically apply a process for developing Biblical convictions in various areas of their lives.

What ARE THE OUTCOMES?
The two primary outcomes of the cohort will be participants developing nine concisely stated 100-word conviction capsules and experiencing a process they can use as they mentor others. Additionally, participants will form a strong network of like-minded men.
How will this cohort be structured?
All sessions will be held via Zoom video conferences once per month for nine months. Optional in-person gatherings will be communicated depending on the COVID-19 timelines and recommendations. Leaders will hold individual Zoom video calls with each participant once per month.

Meet the Cohort Leaders
CHRIS ACKERSON felt an irresistible call to help men everywhere have a deep and intimate walk with God. Because other men invested in his life spiritually, he was radically changed. Chris now serves as the state director for Every Man a Warrior, a disciple making resource for men from Trans World Radio.
LANCE IRWIN is the President of Men's Ministry Network, a ministry that helps churches multiply the impact of their men. Lance serves on mission in the workplace and he is passionate about developing mature disciples of Christ.
